Wills from £129 per client
Why do you need a Will?
Without a legal Will the law decides who inherits, which could end up being the taxman. But with a Will you decide. And with no Will it invariably takes longer and costs more to wind up your estate.
Why should you do it now?
No-one knows what is around the corner. If you leave it until you need it, it will be too late. A Will isn’t for you, it’s for your loved ones. So let’s get it done.
Why use us?
- We are professionally trained members of the IPW and are backed by £2million professional indemnity insurance.
- Hundreds of Wills are prepared by us every year.
- A standard Will only states who is to benefit when you die. Our Estate Planning Wills ensure that your estate finishes up where you want it – Quite a difference.
- Our guaranteed fixed fees provide you with a fully insured professionally drawn up Will that meets your exact needs.
- Simple as that.
Making a Will really is one of the most important things you can do for those you care about.
Can I make a DIY Will?
You can still write your own Will in this country. But your intended beneficiaries could then lose out. The wording you use in your Will may be legally wrong and cause your Will to be invalid, in which case you would effectively die without making a Will.
We are sometimes asked to look at a client’s previously written DIY Will and, to date, have only ever seen one that was legally valid!
Making a Will really is one of the most important things you can do for those you care about.
Choosing who to trust with the guardianship of your child or children can be very emotional and traumatic. However, as a responsible parent, it is a decision that must not be ignored.
Because, if no guardian has been appointed, your children could become the responsibility of the local Social Services.
But by appointing a guardian in your Will you decide who looks after your children if they lose both parents.
You must appoint a guardian in a Will to ensure that people you trust will look after your children. So lets get it done before it’s too late.
